Easy Read Health Passports
Nursing students from Glasgow Caledonian University came along to talk about easy read health passports that they have been working on as part of their studies.
ACE Members liked the idea of this, and agreed that they would like to work on easy read health passports for themselves.Everyone agreed that this is a good idea and could make experiences with health care providers more positive.
